• Our certified technician conducts a thorough physical and electrical diagnostic on-site at your Dubai premises.
• Following diagnosis, the technician provides a clear, itemized written estimate detailing the required labor and replacement OEM parts.
• Customer Approval First: No repair work or part replacement commences without your explicit verbal or written authorization.
• Diagnostic Fee Waiver: If you proceed with the recommended repair service, the initial inspection/diagnostic charge is fully waived from your final invoice.

Fix N Done provides an extensive 100% Quality Assurance on all repairs and replacement components installed by our licensed technicians.

Warranty coverage is strictly linked to the specific parts and labor performed and does not cover unrelated subsequent mechanical breakdowns, physical misuse, power surge damages, or external water flooding.

To ensure a safe, efficient, and successful repair visit, the client agrees to provide:

• Safe, unhindered physical access to the appliance inside the residence during the confirmed arrival window.
• Active utilities (functioning electrical power outlet and running water supply) required for calibration and cycle testing.
• An adult representative (aged 18 or above) present on-site during the inspection, repair execution, and testing phases.

Payment is due immediately upon the completion and successful testing of the appliance repair.

We accept multiple convenient payment methods including Cash on Delivery (AED), Major Credit/Debit Cards (via portable mobile POS terminal), and Instant Bank Transfer. An official itemized digital tax invoice with warranty terms is issued immediately via email or WhatsApp.
